  3. Unlimited Email Accounts: Example: you@yourcompany.com - this will list a "BUSINESS" email name at the end, but we can FORWARD all emails to an email you specify so you won't have to log into a separate email/website.
  4. Personalized Website which CAN include, but are not limited to:

    News
    FAQ
    About Us
    Contact Page
  5. Entry of site name into top search engines: Google and Yahoo. (Extra charge for guaranteed placement)


Scope of Work

  1. Acquire desired domain name, example: www.yoursite.com.
  2. Set up any known email accounts you require, includes Webmaster account, example: webmaster@yourcompany.com.
  3. Work with you and get an idea of the best layout for YOUR site.
  4. Initially we can browse some professional templates for the "right" look. If we can not pinpoint the desired look, we will write code from scratch to reach it.
  5. Build site.
    All pages will be taken from the same "FINAL" template we have created.
    Create appropriate button links to connect each page.
    Add all business information.
    Link all email accounts. Set up FORWARD for each account.
    Create "Submit Form" for any contact/request info you'd like on your site. (This can be somewhat extensive to build, so additional time and cost will be needed for more in-depth forms)
  7. Add a hit counter if desired.
  8. Bonus add-on's - Add any additional tools you'd like to see on your site. For example: blog, guestbook, guestmap, site search, web cartoon, horoscopes, event calendar, "this day in history", photo album, message forum and MUCH MUCH MORE!

AFTER THE FIRST YEAR...

  1. Our initial set up cost for all of the above work is good for ONE YEAR (unless an agreement has been made for additional time). We'll gladly update your site and continue past the first year for additional fees. This will include maintenance and the purchase of your domain name for the next year, but only based on your desire to continue a website address for your business.
  2. The fee will only incur once your first year has expired. At that time, you will be more than welcome to transfer your domain to a different host if you'd prefer.
  3. Plans are available for extented years, but MUST BE agreed upon before job.
